BABYLON

A civilization builds a tower to reach the heavens, hoping to unlock the mysteries of the world. As the tower grows, cities and facilities are built into it in order to facilitate the lives of the workers. Soon enough, the tower itself has become a towering city reaching for the sky. In order to keep the tower standing, balloon tech is used to keep objects and structures lighter, allowing the construction to reach impossible heights.
